Last day in England...for a while

Basically today James and i tried to spend all the time we could with each other before i have to leave. Tomorrow is dooms day; i have to leave my sweet James in England behind me, and look forward to seeing my friends and family and spending 5 months working to save up for the future.

I will miss James and England dearly, but it will be good to be home. ......see you all later one.

Almost back home :-/

Today...got up, I made myself and the boys a full English, hung out with Russell for a bit, then James and I went down to the river for a walk. We walked along side the river and through part of the forest next to the River. The cool part about the walk is that we saw a pack of deer (like 10-20 of them) running through the forest as we were going through it. Unfortunately, my camera battery died at that point so I wasn't able to get any good pictures, but it was a nice site.

After coming back to the house, after our walk, James and I chilled out for a few hours before going out to dinner. Since it was my 2nd to last night here, and the hotel wouldn't be busy(cause it's a weeknight in winter, not much business) we decided to have one last family dinner, before I had to go, at the hotel. It was a nice dinner and i even tried out one of the hotel's new cocktails. PLus it's always nice to talk to James Sr. He always has an interesting perspective on things and he's a smart individual.
After dinner James and I went home and watch the new UK Skins. It's alright so far. I can't wait to get to know all these new characters. :) Only thing is...I can't watch future episodes on telly since i'll be back in america. :(
Only another day and a bit to go till i'm home....I'm excited to see friends and family, but I'm sad about leaving James and putting my life in England on hold. :(

Hereford for the last time...for a while

Last night was rough....because of the tour we ent on yesterday and me being spooked to go to sleep.....I couldn't get to sleep until about 4:30-5am...and then I woke up multiple times and could barely get back to sleep. It was only when I turned on the light and started playing music on my laptop lightly that I was able to attempt to get back to sleep. It was not a pleasant experience. Plus James was WAY too tired and almost immediately went to sleep so I didn't even have him to keep me company. yeaaaaaa....

Anyway, this morning/afternoon James and went to Hereford to meet up with Russell for lunch or a drink or something. We ended up wandering around Hereford and going to 2 pubs, then went to Whetherspoons for lunch. Then after that Russ came back to The Dam Barn, we got a snack, then went out to another pub before retiring back to the house to play Snooker, play on the PS3, and watch Scott Pilgrim.

Good times...good times....

Straight on to Stratford

LONG DAY, so excuse me if things aren't explained properly…I just want to type this up real quick before going to bed. HOWEVER!, there are tons of pictures.

James and I got an early start and went to Stratford Upon Avon today. I've been to Stratford before, in the summer, but didn't do much except wander in and about shops. This time I got to see loads more, and do loads more.

We started off going to Holy Trinity Church to see William Shakespeare's grave.

The very low door to the Church.

Shakespeare's Grave.....Above the grave you can see a plaque, that is a clearer version of what Shakespeare's grave has etched on it.

Original Birth and Death records of William Shakespeare from the church.

A Bible that was in use at the time of William Shakespeare's christining.

The baptism fountain used for Shakespeare.

Then we went for lunch at a pub called The Dirty Duck. S'alright. After lunch we went round the shops and things. We passed by the RSC (Royal Shakespeare Company) Building, and took pictures round there. I also got a few things from the gift shop there. One of the things I got for me was a mug that has what looks like the London Underground map on it, but in fact it has different 'lines' of characters. The Lovers line for instance has a 'station' called Romeo, Juliet, Lysander, etc. But then there's different 'stations' that are a part of 2 'lines'; for instance, the station 'Gertrude' is a part of the 'Mother' line and the 'Strong and difficult Women' line.

Anyway….
We wandered about the shops, then had a few pints….here are some other funny pictures we took throughout the town:

James and a Swan.

The River Avon.

The house Shakespeare grew up in. We passed it, but didn't go into it this time. Maybe in the summer.

Saw this in a shop. Didn'tbuy it....but the message is the same one I need to tell my mum. :) Thanks mum.

A Magician practicing his juggling(you can't really see because of the post), while is rabbit(left) watches....from the grass, not a hat this time. :P
Sweet shop there's something called Catherine Wheels which are these sugary things wrapped in black licorice.

Drink one.

Drink Two....and James looks like he has, The Downs. :( It's so bad, but James and I can't stop taking the piss out of him.

After drinks we went to The Falstaff Experience….basically, a Tudor Ghost Walk through an old Tudor building. It was good, except the stories of the different spirits still scares me. So much so that I can't look in reflective surfaces(at least not tonight) for fear of seeing one of the spirits behind me. It was freaky. Moving on….

RIGHT after the walk, James and I rushed to the RSC's smaller theatre down the road, to see if there were any tickets left for the play that was on: Matilda, the Musical. In the RSC Building we saw a preview trailer for the show and it looked wonderful so we made a mental note to go see it after the Ghost tour. When we got to the theatre, it was sold out, COMPLETELY pack, and almost ready to start. Luckily there were 2 seats next to each other available for 15 pounds each(I think someone must have reserved seats but not shown up, so lucky us).

Matilda.

The Wormwoods.

Ms. Honey.
The show was lovelyand of Broadway calibar. What do you expect but nothing less than the best from the RSC. Anyway...the last things I'm going to share with you before I go to bed is a picture I took yesterday but forgot to put up. James and I have this thing...well, James does. When we first met me, he kissed me with little peck kisses...so, occasionaly I'll start kissing him like he used to kiss me...with quick repeated pecks on the lips(i's like being pecked on the lips by a bird). So.....recently James' started making this face whenever I 'peck-kiss' him. I call it, the angry bird:

Thanks you and goodnight.

this internet thing is starting to annoy me

...so....yesterday, blog = n/a. INternet was down again. Luckily I could skype with my mum and dad, but the internet browser wasn't working. So...double blog again.

Yesterday, not much to it: had a melt down about wedding stuff, money, missing family, not wating to go home yet, etc. Mixed emotions, very confusing....I got over it. Then James and I talked to my parents on skype last night.

Today!: Woke up early cause James had to go into work to do the pipe cleaning. He let me help. It was fun. Here's pictures:

After that, we wandered around town, then went home, had some breakfast and went out for a walk. We saw pregnant sheeps. And Horsey-personages. And alot of good views. Pictures:

PREGGER SHEEP!

The view of the Dam from the road.

The Dam Barn from a distance.

After our walk we chilled out, then had to pick Tony up from school, then back to the house to chill for a while. Long story short, Harry pissed me off, I went for a walk down to the shop-down-the-hill to blow off some steam...I was out walking for an hour....it got dark....people got worried....James lectured me when I got home. I felt bad and angry-hormonal, then James left me to go make dinner, so I blasted music and started cleaning/packing/organizing my things. Ate dinner later....then went back into our room to chill cause James wanted to watch Tv--Chelsea, his team, was playing.

good day, turned major melt down mode. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
